Habibi Cuisine is located in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood, just steps away from the Loyola University Campus. The current ownership, taking over in 2009, has completely remodeled the interior. The ceiling has been raised and improved ventilation installed, accommodating the Hookah Lounge and non-smoking guests. Two storefronts have been combined into one, large, comfortable room. Along with the main dining floor, generously stuffed furniture has been arranged around the perimeter to create a number of lounging areas for couples to enjoy some cozy togetherness, or groups to socialize. Friday and Saturday nights, the dining area quickly converts into a dance floor.

The Cuisine at Habibi covers the classics and most popular dishes of middle eastern fare. The organically grown and farm fresh ingredients, meticulously prepared in our kitchen, have built a stream of returning customers and word-of-mouth referral business.
For those wishing to partake of the Hookah, Habibi carries approximately 100 fine tobacco blends. Patrons who wish to drink alcoholic beverages are welcome to bring their own.
